As one of its signature features—holding the event in a different U.S. city each year—Fastener Fair USA follows last year's event in Nashville with a two-day industry exchange extravaganza in Charlotte, America's second-largest financial hub and a key commercial powerhouse in the Southeast. This host city is not only the nation's No. 2 financial center after New York but also North Carolina's largest city. A total of 169 exhibitors from the U.S., Taiwan, China, Turkey, and elsewhere—showcasing fasteners, tooling, and machinery—gathered in this "Queen City" to position their products and services for the crown of high-quality recognition from American buyers. Major players like Brighton-Best International, Lindfast Group, and Doerken joined the lineup, alongside about a dozen Taiwanese exhibitors scouting U.S. market opportunities.

Located along the Southeast's economic development corridor, Charlotte drew buyers from nearby states like Ohio, Alabama, Illinois, and North Carolina. Some even traveled from California, primarily inquiring about construction fasteners and high-quality fastening products along with related tools.

According to firsthand observations from the exhibitor at the Fastener World booth, about 90% of exhibitors were U.S.-based. Buyers visiting the Taiwan pavilion were mostly importers and distributors with years of experience partnering with Asian supply chains, including agents selling Japanese and Taiwanese machinery into the North American market. Several visitors told Fastener World that Taiwan suppliers' diverse, high-quality offerings meet their needs more quickly and comprehensively, though they noted that Section 232 tariffs remain a key external factor dampening U.S. buying enthusiasm for now.
